Your hands will speak
When we meditate, our hands start speaking to us. They will inform us of what is going on in our subtle system. When the kundalini raises it starts clearing our chakras and that can be felt as tingling or heat or coolness on our fingers and palms. Put your attention to top of your head. Open up your palms. What do you feel?
Take a look at the previous post and the chart of our subtle body. Look at the picture of the fingers. There are numbers on each finger. All the chakras are reflected on our hands and give us feedback of where we have a blockage or a catch in our subtle system. The kundalini energy is motherly energy, when it raises spontaneously it connects us with the Divine, it heals us and clears those catches in our chakras. All we have to do is to have desire to be connected with the Divine.

Subtle system
This is how we look inside:
It is a chart of our subtle system. It consists of seven energy centers (chakras) that all contain pure, beautiful qualities. There are 3 channels, that are here colored blue, yellow and white. The left channel (blue) is the channel of past, a moon channel. The right channel (yellow) is the channel of future, a sun channel. The central channel (white) is the channel of present. When we are in the present there is no past or future. This is where Sahaja Yoga meditation takes us to. By awakening the motherly energy, kundalini, one receives the self-realization and connects with the divine. The self realization is expressed as a cool breeze on top of the head and on the center of the palms.
If you are first time visiting this blog, please go to the previous post and allow yourself 10 minutes time to do a simple exercise to receive your self realization.
In the next post, I'll explain more about the energy centers or the chakras. I wish everyone nice meditations!

Learn to meditate, step one.
Learning to meditate is easy and you don't need more than 5-10 minutes to start with. Here you can learn the 1st step of meditation of Sahaja Yoga by just sitting down in front of your computer and following the steps below.
Open your hands on your laps with your palms facing up.
Look at the picture of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and sincerely ask for your self realisation. Close your eyes and ask: "Mother may I please get my self-realisation?" for seven times.
Raise your left hand 2-3 inches above the center of your head and see if you can feel any sensations with your hand. Lower your left hand and raise your right hand above your head. What do you feel?
Place both the hands on your lap with your palms facing up. Close your eyes and sit quietly for a few more minutes without thinking.
Be aware of the sensations you feel on your palms. Cool breeze? Warmth? Tingling on fingertips?
